Our Growers are the foundation of what we are and who we are. They boast many years of farming expertise and industry respect. When the sun is setting and everyone is exhausted from the plentiful work of that day’s harvest our growers are out walking the fields to evaluate which fruit is ready to be picked next. We have a commitment to flavor and that is why we will harvest a field as many times as it takes to achieve that goal. Harvesting is done delicately with upmost care.
